Early November 2023-24 NBA Win Total Best Bets | News Article by squatchpicks.com

NBA over/under win total future bets are still widely available, and with a full week of NBA games now underway, the picture is clearer on a few teams that I recommend selling high or buying low on now.

Here are my four favorite over/under win total bets I recommend making today, with the odds according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

Toronto Raptors: Under 34.5 Wins (-110)
Given the Raptors’ recent success and coming off winning 41 games in a season that led to Nick Nurse being fired, this total may already seem low, but it is still not low enough.
Under new head coach Darko Rajakovic, it is only a matter of time before this franchise decides that it is time to hit the reset button.

Although Scottie Barnes is supposedly off-limits, Toronto is rumored to have Pascal Siakam and OG Anunoby on the trade block, and I wouldn’t be surprised if Dennis Schroder is shipped away at some point as well.

I expect Toronto to be tanking for draft position by late February. Take the Under.

San Antonio Spurs: Over 27.5 Wins (-122)
The Spurs are better than the Houston Rockets right now, but their win total is three games lower. Last season, San Antonio went 22-60, and it was the first time they have failed to win at least 33 games since 1997.

With the young core of Victor Wembanyama, Devin Vassell, and Keldon Johnson, the Spurs want to avoid creating a habit of losing. San Antonio is far from a playoff team, but they will win at least 28 games.

NBA Schedule 2023-24 – Key Dates:

Cleveland Cavaliers: Under 48.5 Wins (-122)
The Cavaliers are coming off a break-out 51-31 season but also got off to an 8-1 start last year and ended the season by winning seven of nine games before dropping the regular season finale.

Cleveland will not be overlooked by opponents the same way early this season and has already dealt with the early injuries of Jarrett Allen and Darius Garland. The Cavs will struggle to be above .500 through their first 16 games this season, and this win total will drop.

Bet Under 48.5 now.

Houston Rockets: Under 30.5 Wins (-122)
The Rockets started last season 2-12 and finished 22-60 after ending the season on a three-game winning streak. Houston picked up head coach Ime Udoka in the offseason and is paying Fred VanVleet more than $40 million this season and Dillion Brooks north of $22 million.

Despite adding those veterans, the new pieces have not yet meshed well with the young core, notably the 21-year-old Jalen Green. The Rockets will be fortunate to come away with more than four wins out of their first 15 games.

Once the team falls too far back in the standings, will they begin to rest players and think about the lottery again? I do not see Houston finishing nine wins better than last season’s total.

Bet the Under 30.5 wins.

NFL Week 8 Public Betting Preview (To Fade or Follow?)

The NFL is the most popular sport for betting in the United States. Given that most bettors engage in wagering for recreational purposes and generally do not achieve long-term success, a popular betting strategy among experienced bettors is to "fade the public."

The Dallas Cowboys are still pretenders

The more things change, the more they stay the same" may as well be the Dallas Cowboys motto. Dating back to the start of the Tony Romo-era, it always felt like the Cowboys were just a good summer of free agency negotiations and lucky drafting away from another Super Bowl.
